Two Month Birthday - TWO MONTH SLIDESHOW

The babies turned 2 months old yesterday and what big babies they now are! (See SLIDESHOW for more pics.) Other than when getting our new car (more below) we had our first outing and to where else but the pediatrician's office. Here our "Former Wombmates" are enjoying some play time before their final daytime nap.

The pediatrician was extremely pleased with the babies' growth and they no longer need NeoSure which we added to my breastmilk for extra calories. Their due date is this Sunday and they have already more than doubled their birth weight! The babies weights and heights are as follows:

Hayden: 7 lb, 4 oz and 19.5 inches
Payson: 7 lb, 4 oz and 19 inches
Madison: 6 lb, 15 oz and 19 inches

Keith and Madison chilled on the couch and later Keith draws out Hayden's first tear when suctioning adult size gunk out of her nose.

This week I finally received my new car! It's hard to believe that I now own a minivan but it is perfect for the mother of triplets. It has so many features and it holds 8 passengers so it will hold our next set of triplets too!

The babies ended their big day playing on their activity mat for the first time.






After their pediatrician appointment today, I took the babies by to meet my perinatologist. He is the high-risk doctor that cared for me and the babies while they were still in utero. He and his staff were thrilled to meet the products of their hard work!
