At Madison, Payson and Hayden's 5th birthday party, Cinderella surprised them with a trip to Walt Disney World! The time had finally come to embark on our highly anticipated trip. Heigh-Ho, Heigh-Ho, it's off to Disney we go!

After arriving at the Orlando International Airport, I knew that we would be taking A LOT of pictures on this trip when the kids wanted a photo alongside each and every Sorcerer Mickey outside of the Disney merchandise store.
Once on Disney's Magical Express bus Hayden and Payson held hands as they bonded over old-school style Disney cartoons- and LOVED them!

After settling into our hotel, the Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, we walked over to Chef Mickey's for our welcome dinner with the chef himself and his famous friends!
Well, hello Donald, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy!
Hayden was giddy with excitement when she met Minnie and got her autograph. She got quite attached to Minnie on the trip and came home with three more stuffed Minnie Mouse dolls- all purchased with her own money!
Tinker Bell snuck into our room and left something special for the kids each night. The first night she left new Disney-themed jammies for the kids along with her shadow providing a pretty strong clue that it was her that did it!
We were pleasantly surprised to receive a Magic Kingdom-facing room which was especially great each night as we watched the Wishes! firework show from our balcony in our jammies. What a perfect ending to each day!
